Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toTo issue an appropriate order, direction or writ more rnandem particularly one in the nature of Writ of Recetituttian declaring action cf Respondent No.1 in entertaining ROR Appeal No.2742 of 2014 titled Mulpuru Suryaprakasa Rao Vs.
