The Court made the following ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has not provided sufficient proof that the representation was duly addressed to the respondents.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the matter by directing the petitioner to make appropriate application to the respondents within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy the order. Thereafter, respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties. Such final orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
