ORDER:

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the official respondents submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the order dated 06.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31974 of 2015. The operative portion of the order reads as under:

“In view of the same, instead of going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners, without following due process of law, until the pattas granted in favour of the petitioners are subsisting.”

On perusal of the record, I find that this case is covered by the aforesaid order. Having regard to the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
