ORDER:
The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order and decreetal order in R.C.A.No.4 of 2009 dated 29.11.2011 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Nellore, in reversing the order and decreetal order in R.C.No.11 of 2003 dated 03.06.2009 on the file of the learned Rent Control Court-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous and requests to close this matter.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
Interim orders granted earlier if any, also shall stand closed.
