...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner:

1. HANUMANTHA RAO VELLALACHERVU Counsel for the Respondent(S):

1. The Court made the following order:

Heard Sri Hanumantha Rao Vellalachervu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in proposing to take steps to evict the petitioner from the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.98 cents in Sy.No.169, situated at Vadapalli Panchayat, Kovvuru Mandal, West Godavari District.

3. It is contended by the petitioner that she purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed bearing Document No.450 of 1989, dated 09.03.1989, for valuable sale consideration. Since the date of purchase, the petitioner has been in peaceful, possession and enjoyment of the said property. It is further stated that the revenue authorities have mutated the petitioner’s name in the pattadar passbooks and title deeds. In support of his contention, the petitioner places reliance on the pattadar passbooks, title deeds, Adangal, and Form 1-B (Record of Rights), annexed to the writ petition.

4. The 4th respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that while admitting the possession of the petitioner over the subject land, it is stated that the respondents have never interfered with such possession. It is further stated that there is no proposal to evict the petitioner from the land in Sy.No.169.

5. In view of the above submissions made by the respondents, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner is resolved and no further orders are required to be passed.

6. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
