Such Memo contains the Death Certificate of the Petitioner namely Mrs. Lakavath Janaki issued by concerned Authority. The Panchayat Development Officer, Kesiya Thanda, A.Konduru Mandal, NTR District received the said Death Certificate, after taking information from the relatives of the Petitioner.
Considering the situation, as the Petitioner has expired, nothing left to decide the matter on merit.
Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
