ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 06.03.2026 submitting that the FCOP No.1035 of 2022 on the file of the Court of the learned XIV Additional District Judge-cum-Judge, Family Court at Vijayawada has been amicably settled between the parties and therefore, the petitioner is not desirous of prosecuting this Civil Revision petition and accordingly prayed to grant permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Permission accorded.
3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
