O R D E R:
1. Sri Panduranga Vittal Kumar, learned Counsel, representing Sri Tirupati Tharun Kishore, learned Counsel, representing Revision Petitioner, sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case filed by the Revision Petitioner/Husband challenging the Orders in the maintenance case and requested to permit the revision petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case, as there are several mistakes in the revision case, with a liberty to prefer another revision petition.
2. Considering the submission, permission is accorded.
3. Therefore, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law, subject to law of limitation.
