Heard Mr.Talapragada Sriram, learned counsel representing Mr.V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL, made submissions with reference to the latest instructions dated 23.02.2026 furnished by the Assistant Engineer, Operations Section, Yerragondapalem.
As seen from the said instructions, it would appear that the petitioner had paid the back billing amount and the LT Service agreement was terminated in the year 2020.
Placing the said instructions on record the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
