ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner herein in violation of the orders of this Court passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.16022 of 2022 dated 21.07.2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents jointly submit that the orders of this Court have been complied with and request to close this matter.
3. Recording the said submissions of both the learned counsel, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
