The Court made the following Order: (per Hon’ble Sri Justice R. Raghunandan Rao)
The present revision arises out of a common order, dated 27.09.2007, passed by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam Bench, in T.A.No.1484 of 1999 & batch. TREVC.Nos.111 of 2008 & 26 of 2009, were filed before this Court against the said common order, in relation to some of the Appeals, which had been disposed of, by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, on 27.09.2007. The said Tax Revision Cases were dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court, on 23.02.2026,
2. As the present Tax Revision Case has also been filed against the same common order, dated 27.09.2007, this Tax Revision Case is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
