...CONTEMNOR Petition under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit file herein the High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP No. 36619 of 2014 dated 23.12.2014 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following ORDER:
This contempt case was filed, in the year 2015, on the ground that the establishment of second Mee-seva centre has been opened despite the orders of the Court. It does not appear that there is any interest in pursuing the contempt case and in any event it would only be appropriate to close this case in view of the passage of a length of time in relation to this alleged violation.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, shall stand closed. ________________________ R. RAGHUNANDAN RAO, J
