The present contempt case has been filed alleging violation of an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge of the erstwhile High Court at Hyderabad, on 22.12.2017 in W.P.No.43813 of 2017. The main writ petition itself had been disposed of directing to fix compensation under the Act 30 of 2013, on 04.03.2021.
2. In that view of the matter, nothing further would survive in this contempt case and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
