ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.V.S.S.Sivaram, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition as and when required before the District Court.
