ORDER

OFFICE NOTE

13.03.2026

On being mentioned I.A.No.01 of 2026

Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

This petition is filed seeking correction of a typographical error that occurred in the order dated 06.03.2026, wherein it was wrongly mentioned as Cr.No.22 of 2025 instead of Cr.No.22 of 2026.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders.

On perusal of the record, it is evident that in the order dated 06.03.2026, the reference to Cr.No.22 of 2025 is a typographical mistake, and the same shall stand corrected to read as Cr.No.22 of 2026.

In view of the above, the Interlocutory Application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 06.03.2026 and issue a fresh certified copy forthwith. _________ Dr.VJP, J Note: C.C by today b/o KKV
