JUDGMENT:

The present Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the judgment dated 19.04.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.91 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.59 of 2018 in M.C.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court - Cum - VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole.

2. None represented for the petitioner. Sri Challa Sivasankar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State are in attendance.

3. As can be seen from the record, this Court is of the view that the present revision is not maintainable against the order of the learned Trial Judge issuing an arrest warrant against the petitioner for non-payment of maintenance to the wife and children in a petition filed for enforcement of the maintenance granted in favour of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

5. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
