ORDER:
The instant Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 438 and 442 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the Docket Order dated 12.08.2025 passed in C.C.No.12 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Special Judge for CBI Cases, Vijayawada.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.S.P.Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of and liberty may be given to the Petitioner to file copy application before the trial Court to get the certified copy of the cognizance order passed by the learned trial Judge.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to file copy application before the trial Court to get the certified copy of the cognizance order passed by the learned trial Judge.
