JUDGMENT:

The instant Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.M.P. No. 120 of 2023 in FCOP (MC) No. 1255 of 2019 passed by the learned Additional Family Court- cum- XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, granting the maintenance amount of Rs.10,000/- per month each to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein.

2. Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance. None represented on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

3. The petitioner herein is the husband of the respondent No.2 and father of the respondent No.3. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein filed FCOP (MC) No. 1255 of 2019 on the file of learned Additional Family Court- cum-XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, seeking maintenance, wherein they filed Crl.M.P. No. 120 of 2023, seeking interim maintenance, whereby the learned Trial Court, after due consideration granted interim maintenance @ Rs.10,000/- per month each to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred the present revision.

4. As can be seen from the record, a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed an interim order dated 10.02.2025, directing the petitioner to deposite the 50 % of the arrears of the interim maintenance within a period of eight (8) weeks and continue to pay Rs.15,000/- in total to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein towards interim maintenance instead of Rs.20,000/- in total on or before by 10th of every succeeding month commencing from March, 2025. In the event of failure to comply with any of the aforesaid conditions, this order will not enure to the benefit of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time for getting instructions regarding the stage of the case before the Trial Court. However, as per the information received from the Registry, the main petition before the Trial Court itself is dismissed as not pressed.

7. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the revision may be disposed of.

8. Recording the same, as the main FCOP before the learned Trial Court is dismissed as not pressed, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
