The Court made the following Order:
The writ petition was filed in the year 2013 challenging the proceedings dated 01.11.2012 imposing restrictions and control measures on the accepted contracted maximum demand of 800 KVA.
2. As seen from the docket proceedings, no interim orders were granted.
3. On 03.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for Dismissal”.
4. Though the matter is listed under the caption “for Dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even today also.
5. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
