The Court made the following Order:

The present writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.1 in not intimating the date of opening of the price bid and proceeding further to finalize the tenders pursuant to the tender Notice No.SWC/B4/H&T/Tenders.165/2011 dated 03.01.2013 as illegal, arbitrary, etc., and to set aside the same.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA Date:05.03.2026 Ksj
