ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has received the amounts, which are mentioned in the Award No.9/2015 dated 25.04.2015, in respect of the land admeasuring 0.747 Sq.fts in Sy.No.81/12C situated at Suryarao Peta, Kondayyapalem Village, Kakinada, and therefore, no further orders are necessary.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
