I.A.No.2 of 2026

The present interlocutory application is filed seeking to relax the bail condition No.(ii) viz., <upon release, the petitioners shall appear before he concerned Magistrate Court on every Monday at 10:30 AM., till filing of the charge sheet= imposed vide order dated 10.03.2026 in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in Crl.P.No. 12821 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner No.4 is suffering from Cancer and the petitioner No.1 is a woman. All the petitioners are residents of Hyderabad. They are not prime accused in this matter. They have been complying with the conditions imposed by the Court from the date of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioners finally seeks to relax the condition to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court on every Monday.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 opposed the petition.

Considering the submissions made, the presence of the petitioner Nos.1 and 4 i.e., the Accused Nos. 3 and 6, before the concerned Magistrate Court on every Monday is hereby relaxed.

Accordingly, the petition is partly allowed regarding the petitioner Nos. 1 and 4/accused Nos.3 and 6. The petition is dismissed for petitioner Nos. 2 and 3/accused Nos.4 and 5.
