2 WP_481_2013 The Court made the following ORDER:
At the time of considering the matter, Ms.Aishwarya Chowdary, learned Junior Standing Counsel for APEPDCL states that as per the latest instructions dated 02.3.2026, the petitioner paid R&C amount of Rs.11,66,873/- and further as per the instructions vide Proceedings dated 08.8.2013, 50% of the R&C penal charges were withdrawn vide RJ No.17/08–14, dated 31.8.2014.
2. As seen from the said instructions, the subject matter service connection is ‘live’ and the consumer is paying consumption charges regularly.
3. In the light of the specific instructions dated 02.3.2026, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
