...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue writ or order more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the names of the petitioners for allotment of the house sites ignoring the list prepared in that regard is illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory and in violation of Articles 14 and 19 of Constitution of India and consequently airect the respondents to allot the house sites to the petitioner at par with the similarly situated persons whose names were mentioned in the list of beneficiaries and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to allot house sites to the petitioner in accordance with the list prepared by the respondents pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2019
