2 WP_4453_2012 The Court made the following ORDER:
Ms.Priyanvitha, learned counsel representing Mr.Vedula Srinivas, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner-company was closed and therefore, they could not secure specific instructions.
2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file an application to reopen the matter, if the cause of action still subsists. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petition pending, if any, shall stand closed.
