Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring .the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in not considering the petitioners'
representation dated 19.11.2018 submitted, objections for mutation of the names of the respondents 6 and 7 in the revenue/ panchayat records in respect of Ac.3.92 cents comprised in Sy.Nos. 507 / 1

ORDER:
Sri Narasimhulu Parise, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that since the names of the unofficial respondents were mutated in the revenue records with regard to the subject property, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
