...RESPONDENT Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ of Mandumus or in the similar nature It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased The Petitoner , therefore pray that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of writ of Mandumus or in the similar nature A) Directing the respondent to prepare a new Annual gradation list as per Rule 9 of the A.P. Judicial Ministerial Service Rules, 1964 and as per Rule 9 (2) (b) by fixing the seniority in the proportion of 3 : 1With effct from my date of joining in to service i.e from 1-04-1996. B) Direct the respondent to consider the writ petitioner for promotion as Senior Assistant in the proportion of 3 : 1 as per Rule 9 of A.P. Judicial Ministerial Service Rules 1964, or C) Grant such other or further reliefs as this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. and pass.
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of conducting interviews for the posts of Senior Assistant proposed to be conducted from 02.03.2013 in the Unit of Guntur District by directing the respondents to follow Rule 9 of A.P. Judicial Ministerial Service Rules 1964 and fix the writ petitioner in the ratio of 3 : 1 in the Gradation List from the date of Petitioner's date of joining in to service i.e from 1-04-1996 pending disposal of th above writ petiton in the interest of justice.
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the promotion for the writ petitioner as Senior Assistant in the A.P.
