The Court made the following:
1. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 23.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26439 of 2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the contemnors submits that the contemnors have complied with the orders dated 23.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 26439 of 2022, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate separate proceedings if he has any grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
