ORDER:
The instant Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, by the Petitioner/Accused No.2, to release her on bail in the event of her arrest in connection with the Crime No.267 of 2025 of North Prohibition and Excise Police Station, East Godavari District.
When the matter is taken up, none represented for the Petitioner.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
