This application is filed seeking to list the C.R.P.No.563 of 2026 under the caption „For Being Mentioned‟ to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 27.02.2026, passed by this Court, and to pass necessary orders in the interest of justice.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, inadvertently, while filing the Civil Revision Petition, they mentioned the concerned Court as “Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram”, instead of “V Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram”, and the same has been carried out in the order dated 27.02.2026, passed by this Court. He requested to pass appropriate orders to make necessary corrections in the order dated 27.02.2026, passed by this Court.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Interlocutory Application is ordered with the following direction:
The Registry shall issue a fresh order copy after making the necessary corrections in the order dated 27.02.2026 passed by this Court, wherever it is mentioned as “Principal District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram”, as “V Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram”.
