ORDER:-

Though the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation for the petitioner even today also.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject matter land without issuing any notice and without following due process of law.

3. A learned Judge of the combined High Court for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh, vide order dated 03.06.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.18639 of 2014, granted Status- Quo, and the same is in operation.

4. Heard Mr.P.Somaraju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Housing and Mr.T.Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

5. In the light of the prayer in the writ petition and the interim order referred supra, this Court, instead of adjourning the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of the same, providing that appropriate action in respect of the subject matter property may be initiated, however, by following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA
