the 5th Respondent, in not surveying and fixing up the boundaries of the Petitioner's land in Sy. No. 479/2,(Extent Ac. 5-24cetns), situated at Pedda Thumbalam Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District as per the application dated. 20-10-2018 filed by the Petitioner and also having issued notice of inspection and survey dated. 01-11-2018 fixing the date of such survey and inspection on 17-11-2018 is illegal and further direct the Respondents, particularly the 5th Respondent herein to survey and fix up the boundaries of the Petitioners land in Sy. No. 479/2(Extent Ac. 5-24 cents) situated at Pedda Thumbalam Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District forthwith as per Law and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 5th Respondent herein to survey and fix up the boundaries of the Petitioners land in Sy. No. 479/2(Extent Ac. 5-24 cents) situated at Pedda Thumbalam Village, Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District forthwith as per Law pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
