ORDER:
This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 16.12.2020, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.23887 of 2020.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given up Vakalat. Notice sent to the petitioner was returned unserved with endorsement petitioner left the village without any instructions.
3. In view of the said circumstances, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application to revive the same, if the cause still subsists. No order as to costs.
