COMMON ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, by the petitioner/de-facto complainant seeking cancellation of bail granted to the respondent/accused in Crl.P.No.9784 of 2022 by order dated 19.12.2022 and Crl.P. No. 3592 of 2023, by order dated 20.06.2023.

2. As the different Accused in these Petitions relate to the same crime, for ease of understanding, they are disposed of by this common order.

2. None appeared for the petitioner. Heard Sri V. Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the respondent/accused, and Mrs. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Crl.P. No. 3592 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023 and Crl.P.No.9784 of by order dated 19.12.2022, wherein the respondent/accused was directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week, i.e., on every Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent failed to comply with the said condition.

4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that as per the information received from the concerned police authorities, the respondents have not violated any of the conditions imposed while granting bail.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents/accused Nos.1 to 4 submits that a petition seeking relaxation of the condition to appear before the Station House Officer was filed and the same was allowed by this Court. It is further submitted that investigation has been completed, charge-sheet has been filed, and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and numbered as S.C. No. 334 of 2025, and is pending before the competent Court.

6. In that view, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/accused Nos.1 to 4 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

7. Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. __________________________________________ DR. JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA Date: 24.02.2026. KKV
