ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This revision is preferred against the order dated 05.02.2026 passed in E.A.No.29 of 2025 in E.P.No.01 of 2025 in O.S.No.59 of 2018 on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kaikaluru, granting Police aid for delivery of the E.P. schedule property in execution of the judgment and decree that was passed by the trial Court. The petitioner, being the 2nd judgment debtor, now challenges the said order granting Police aid on the ground that the second appeal preferred by her is pending before this Court.
3. It is not a valid ground to challenge the impugned order. At best, she can obtain an order of stay in the second appeal to stall the execution proceedings. But, she cannot challenge the order granting Police aid by the executing Court by way of this revision when there is no valid ground warranting interference with the impugned order of the executing Court.
4. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
