ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed for violation of orders of this Court dated 05.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.38041 of 2022.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the orders of this Court have been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Case.
Recording the said submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
