ORDER:
1. This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order dated 27.09.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.31615 of 2022, wherein this Court directed the respondent-authorities to dispose of the Mee-Seva application submitted by the petitioner on 27.01.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. After issuing notice, the 3rd respondent-contemnor filed counter stating that the order dated 27.09.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.31615 of 2022 has been complied with. But, there is some delay in complying the order of this Court and the delay in complying with the order of this Court is neither willful nor wanton.
3. Having regard to the circumstances, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
