ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R. Lakshmikar, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Sri Dadi Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
