Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioners lastly dated 05.01.2018 as illegal and direct the respondents 2 to 4 to regularly maintain and supervise the flow of the pakalavagu from West to East till the metal road and through pipes from under the metal road ultimately to join the Gundla Kamma Vagu by monitoring the same regularly and also

ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the officials of the 4th respondent have cleared the obstructions which were temporarily created by the villagers to refill the tank with vagu water, and the water spreading to the fields of the petitioners was diverted through a passage created exclusively, and thereby, the grievance of the petitioners is addressed.
In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
