ORDER:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.1 in not deciding the appeal submitted by the petitioner on 02.09.2025, within the time to be fixed by this Court and pass such other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. On perusal of the material available on record, it shows that though there are no latches on the part of the petitioner in approaching the appellate authority, the fact remains that once the appeal is filed to pass appropriate orders based on the records and after providing the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders based on record after giving the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
