issued by the respondent No.3 through the proceedings No.02/1365/2018, dated 05.03.2018 declaring that the land in Sy.No.364/4 and 364/14 as Patta land and ordering the respondents No.4 to admit the pending Document No.96/2017, dated 18-04-2017 for registration without putting the petitioner on notice as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the A.P Rules under the Registration Act, 1908 and well established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutionals rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and pass in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to create third party rights over the land in an extent of Ac.0.99 cents in Sy.No.364/4 and Ac.0.38 cents out of Ac.0.48 cents in Sy.No.364/14 of Pemmadepalli Village fields, Rayachoty Mandal, YSR District, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to permit the petitioner to be impleaded as Party/Proposed 6th Respondent in W.P.No.13926 of 2019 and also in the pending Interlocutory Applications therein, in the interest of justice and pass in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased May be pleased to permit us to come on record as the Petitioners No.2 and 3 as the legal representatives of the Petitioner No.1 in WP No.13926 of 2019 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
