Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, direction(s), order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in issuing the impugned notices in R.C.B.SP.R.N0.177/2018

Dt. 9.03.2018 in respect of Sy. Nos. 183/5 and 183/6 and in R.C.B.SP.R.N0.177/2018 Dt. 9.03.2018 in respect of Sy. Nos. 183/6 and 183/7a instead of taking action on the representations of the Petitioner including the representation dt. 23.12.2017 submitted by the Petitioner by making necessary corrections in the concerned revenue records in respect of her lands an extent of Ac. 1.00 in Sy. No. 183/2 an extent of Ac. 1.00 in Sy. No. 183/3 an extent of Ac. 1.00 in Sy. No. 183/4 an extent of Ac. 1.00

in Sy. No. 183/5 an extent of Ac. 1.00 in Sy. No. 183/6 of Akkasamudram village, Balayapalle Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and updating the same in the Web Land' on her name as illegal, arbitrary, malafidy, without jurisdiction, violation of principles of natural justice apart from contrary to the settled law of this Honble Court by setting aside the same and consequentially a) direct the respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to update the said lands of the Petitioner in the web Land on the Petitioner's name duly making necessary corrections in the concerned revenue records b) to evict the 6th and 7th respondents from the public road in Sy.183/1 and in other Sy.Nos. 183/2 to 183/7 of Akkasamudram village, Balayapalle Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. C) To initiate criminal action against the 6th and 7th respondents in creating BOGUS DKT pattas and removing the survey stones fixed by the Revenue authorities in the interest of justice and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018
