ORDER:

The petitioner obtained building permission from the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation granted building permission vide permit No.1086/2695/B/Z6/VAM/2017 dated 18.09.2017. The petitioner alleged that the respondents are preventing constructions on 800.50 square yards in Sy.No.52/B situated in Venkatapuram Village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, based on written instructions from the Tahsildar, Gopalapatnam Mandal, dated 21.01.2026, submitted that the construction is actively taking place in Sy.No.54 of Venkatapuram Village, not Sy.No.52. It is further submitted that Sy.No.54 belongs to S.V.L.N.Devasthanam. As the construction has already been made, the respondents would proceed against the petitioner following due process of law.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
