JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy)
This is an old writ appeal of the year 2008. As the appellant is not turning up for hearing in this old appeal, the appeal is ordered to be listed today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’.
2. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, when the matter is called out. So, it is evident that the appellant is not evincing interest to pursue this writ appeal.
3. Therefore, the writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
