O R D E R:
The report is received from the District Legal Services Authority, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. The report contains death certificate of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner has expired on 24.10.2024.
2. The instant Criminal Revision Case has been preferred challenging the order of conviction passed against the present petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.88 of 2014 in M.C.No.10 of 1995, dated 10.04.2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry. As the petitioner has expired on 24.10.2024, there is nothing left to decide the matter.
