...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in fabricating online records relating to the property to extent of Ac.0-46 cents in Sy.No.385-1-A-1 of Munjuluru, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District, by replacing the 1st petitioner's name with the 4th respondent's name and to the extent of Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.384-1-A of Munjuluru, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District, replacing the name of the 5th respondent in the place of the 2nd petitioner without any basis as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Sec.4 and 5 of ROP Act, 1971, and further direct the 3rd respondent deleting the names of the 4th and 5th respondent in the online records and restore names of the petitioners to the property to extent of Ac.O-46 cents in Sy.No.385-1-A-1 and an extent of Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.384-1-A respectively and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to grant interim direction directing the 3"1 respondent deleting the names of the 4th and 5th respondent in the online records and restore names of the petitioners to the property to extent of Ac.0-46 cents in Sy.No.385- 1-A- 1 and an extent of Ac.0-39 cents in Sy.No.384-1-A of Munjuluru, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District respectively pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
