2. Heard Mr. Vadapalli Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Initially the case of the petitioner was considered by the concerned authority as per the orders in O.A.No.11696 of 2009 and the same was disposed of extending notional seniority to the applicant after examining the case of the applicant as and when final seniority list has been prepared and further, the respondents shall take steps to prepare the seniority list as expeditiously as possible. Hence the Writ Petition.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders.

The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed. __________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH 05.02.2026 RD
