CMR,J & GTK,J W.A.No.1053 of 2008

JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) As the appellants in this old appeal of the year 2008 are not turning up for hearing and as there is also no representation on behalf of the appellants, the matter is ordered to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today also as usual, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. So it is evident that the appellants are not evincing any interest to pursue the appeal.

2. Therefore, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs

3. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
