Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the vires of the amended Section 22C of the Registration Act, 1908 and Rule 20(c) of the Registration Rules.
Permission is accorded.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
