I.A.No.1 of 2018 IN/AND WRIT APPEAL No.1471 of 2018

The Court made the following: ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy)

As per order dated 17.12.2024, I.A.No.1 of 2018, filed for condoning the delay of 415 days in re-presenting the appeal, was allowed, on condition of payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks. The said two weeks period expired long back. As per the entry made in the cause list, till now, no memo was filed in proof of the fact that the costs are paid within the time limit, in compliance with the condition that was imposed for condoning the delay.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant also submits that he has no information whether the costs are paid or not.

3. Therefore, for non-compliance with the condition imposed, I.A.No.1 of 2018 stands dismissed.

4. Consequently, the Writ Appeal also stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
